A diaphragm pump is a versatile and robust type of positive displacement pump that uses a combination of reciprocating action and flexible diaphragms to move fluids. WORKING PRINCIPAL-

Diaphragm pumps operate by using a flexible diaphragm made of rubber, thermoplastic, or a similar material. The pump has two chambers separated by the diaphragm. As the diaphragm moves back and forth, it creates a vacuum on one side, drawing fluid into the chamber. On the opposite stroke, the fluid is pushed out of the chamber and into the discharge line. This action is repeated, allowing the pump to continuously move fluid.
